To retrieve your impounded vehicle, please contact our office first. We will verify whether there is a police hold on the vehicle and walk you through the release process. You must provide proof of ownership, such as a vehicle title, current registration, or bill of sale. Only one of these documents is required. All towing and impound fees must be paid before the vehicle can be released. For safety and liability reasons, vehicle releases are not available after dark. Our impound lot is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Evening and weekend releases are available by appointment only.How far out will you pick up a car from?
Yes, we provide service wherever you need it. Our drivers are available around the clock, so just give us a call.Am I able to ride along with the driver?
Yes, you're welcome to ride along with the driver. We can accommodate up to five passengers.What if I have a pet with me?
